We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ennisshoes.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Order
- Start Your Return Online – Log in to your account at ennisshoes.com and follow the returns process.
- Pack Your Items – Ensure the items are unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
- Send Your Return – Use the prepaid return label provided or your preferred shipping method.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Sale items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, start a return and place a new order at ennisshoes.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, hosiery, or footwear without its original box.
